A Note for the Guildmaster

Hello Walt,

 I hope all is well with you and your family.  I noticed that you haven't been playing ESO lately.  In fact, today is September 15th, and it's been 24 days since your last appearance on the game, according to the Family of Strangers guild roster.

 We've all got real lives and I understand if you no longer have time to play (or if other circumstances have gotten in the way).  But, you've left me as the only officer to your guild, with no information about your intentions or whereabouts.  Furthermore, you have the privilege restrictions set so that I am powerless to run the guild in your absence.  I can't promote members, organize the bank, etc.

 I need you to return to the game to either lead the Family, or empower me to do so.  Otherwise I think the future of the guild is uncertain.
